We went for two nights, for the first time. The attention of the staff was very good. Attentive to all the details, always very kind. The room was comfortable, clean and you could see the care they give it, as well as the entire hotel. The breakfast was varied, rich and at all times they were replenishing what was missing. The location is great to be able to walk and get to know.

The attention of the staff is excellent, the cleanliness of the place too. The breakfast and dinner were very good, it's a shame that you can't choose between lunch and dinner, since if I want to go out I lose what I paid. The bathroom door closes but does not lock and the bedroom door is difficult to close.

Perfect hotel to stay for any occasion. The rooms really are a luxury and so are the facilities. The food was always very tasty, and the waiters are helpful and attentive. The receptionists are wonderful. Ideal location for tourists.

The rooms are a little small but there is a crib (provided by the hotel) for those with babies. The bathroom gets almost completely wet when showering, you have to arrange the screen to avoid getting so wet. The outstanding breakfast, for me a high point.

Excellent hotel. We loved it!!!!!! Clean room...comfortable. Excellent cleaning services. Buffet breakfast is very varied and abundant. The attention of all employees is noteworthy. Respectful and kind. The hotel is more than recommended. We will be back. Marina and Marcelo. 08/16/2023.

Excellent location and service. It stands out for its warm and personalized attention, abundant and varied buffet breakfast. It has a restaurant and bar. Comfortable rooms. The best accommodation to enjoy your stay in BA. Highly recommended 😉!
